Monkey-Bear - Long Sleeve Manga Shirt

This one comes from the one, the only, the Mother of Goodboy!

. . . my Mom.

One of her catch phrases since I've come back from Japan is her calling her husband "Monkey-Bear".

I asked her where it came from, and she said "Don't really know. Just has a ring to it."

And time. . . and time. . . and time again, she has asked me to draw one.

I can't really say I accurately brought her image of a Monkey-Bear to life. When she saw this rendition she laughed a bit and said "I imagined a skinnier body. . . and a tail".

All that is to say, this design is one of many designs I hope to use as an excuse to talk about the amazing woman that is my Mom.

She has been my number one fan through all the years of grinding and fighting towards a dream that to this day has still yet to come to fruition, and she has helped me even in the lowest of lows, and been a shoulder to lean on when no one else was lending theirs.

I owe my life to this woman, both figuratively and literally, and I hope to illustrate my gratitude and love for her time and time again over the course of L3AM's lifespan.
